Alpine A310 4 cylindres : celle qu’on adore détester, à tort !
Ne cherchez plus ! La plus belle voiture des années 70, c’était bien elle ! L’Alpine A310, sortie en 1971, était une merveille de design : un chef d’oeuvre qui sera malheureusement dénaturé avec le passage au V6 en 1976 (lire aussi : Alpine A310 V6). J’ai lu tout et n’importe quoi sur cette voiture : le début du déclin d’Alpine ? Allons, voyons, cette hypothèse ne tient pas à l’examen des chiffres : la Berlinette (1962-1976) s’est vendue à 7176 exemplaires (soit 448 ex par an en moyenne), l’A310 (en 4 et 6 cylindres, 1971-1985) à 11 484 ex (soit 717 ex par an de moyenne) et la V6 Turbo « GTA » (1985-1991, lire aussi : Alpine GTA) à 6494 ex (soit 928 ex par an)… Le vrai déclin intervient en fait avec l’A610 à partir de 1991 (lire aussi : Alpine A610). Alors ? Que reproche-t-on vraiment à cette A310 ?
