10 years ago, the current owner acquired this superb 633 CSI in Switzerland and imported it to Belgium. Over the years, the car has undergone a complete restoration.
Condition :
General: Thanks to the restoration and maintenance it has undergone, this BMW is in excellent condition (a great deal of work has been carried out, so don't hesitate to read the full list below).
Exterior: The bodywork has been treated in a number of ways, so that today it offers a very attractive appearance. Restored 9 years ago, the paintwork is in a "Polaris" shade that perfectly exposes the car's lines. The BBS rims are in perfect condition. Original Alpina wheels (in excellent condition) are also available as an option. Headlights and chrome are in excellent condition.
Interior: The dark blue interior matches the exterior color perfectly. Only the driver's seat shows slight traces of the car's use. The leathers have been treated and re-dyed, and are now taut and present excellently. The seats have retained all their support. The original loudspeaker has been replaced by a Pioneer loudspeaker placed at the bottom of the console, for a more pleasant sound. The 3-spoke sports steering wheel is also in excellent condition.
Mechanical: The 6-cylinder engine, which has undergone a great deal of work, starts very well and delivers its full power. The owner reports that the engine doesn't "consume" oil, doesn't smoke, and revs up to 6,000 rpm without jerking or hesitation (warm-up time obviously respected). The "Dog-Leg" gearbox is ideal for sporty driving, and the ride is very pleasant. A BOYSEN line has been fitted, offering a beautiful sound.
The underpinnings are very sound, with no trace of corrosion.

At the end of winter 1976, BMW unveiled the E24 Series 6 coupes, part of the brand's new nomenclature inaugurated four years earlier by the E12 Series 5. It was on this platform that the successors to the E9 coupes were developed, while their design was the work of French stylist Paul Bracq, who happily implemented his precepts - hence the low body line and generous glazing, further amplified by the slimness of the body pillars. Under the hood, in keeping with Munich traditions, in-line six-cylinder engines dominate, including the 200hp 3.2-liter that powers the top-of-the-range 633 CSi. An admirable synthesis of sportiness, driving pleasure and versatility, the E24 is one of the most emblematic GTs of its time, and undeniably one of those cars that have built the BMW legend!
