Service Details

Types of registrations covered:
  • Standard French: For vehicles under 30 years old, we carry out the change of owner for a standard registration certificate.
  • French collection: For vehicles over 30 years old, we can obtain a collection certificate, offering various benefits such as less frequent technical inspections and exemptions from certain restrictions (e.g., Crit'Air label).
  • Intra-EU import: We manage the tax and administrative procedures to register vehicles imported from the European Union.
  • Non-EU import: We ensure tax compliance and obtain the necessary documents for vehicles imported from outside the European Union.

Specific Conditions

Certificate of Conformity:

  • What is it? The certificate of conformity (COC) is an official document issued by the car manufacturer. It certifies that the car complies with the current technical standards and regulations in the country where it is sold.
  • Why is it necessary? For cars less than 30 years old, this document is essential to prove that the car meets safety, emissions, and other technical regulations. It is often required for the registration of the car and may be necessary to obtain the mechanical failure warranty.
  • FFVE Certificate:

  • What is it? The certificate from the French Federation of Vintage Cars (FFVE) is a document issued by the FFVE for cars over 30 years old. This document replaces the certificate of conformity for these vintage cars.
  • Why is it necessary? To register vintage cars over 30 years old, the FFVE certificate is essential. It proves the authenticity, condition, and compliance of the vehicle with its original characteristics, necessary for registration and the mechanical failure warranty from CarJager. We assist you in obtaining this certificate.
