As your main point of contact, the Car Specialist is responsible for finding the ideal car for you, guiding you through every step of the buying process, and answering all your questions. Their goal is to make your experience with CarJager as simple and enjoyable as possible by providing personalized and attentive service.
- 1. Evaluation of your purchase project: Our Car Specialists carefully listen to your desires, usage, and budget as soon as we receive your form.
- 2. Car proposal: Within 72 hours, one of our Car Specialists will propose a car. If you like it, we will begin the analysis and send you an expert review. If you want to keep searching, a new proposal will be sent.
- 3. Adding premium services: CarJager offers several services for maximum comfort: satisfaction guarantee or refund, financing, and/or international delivery.
- 4. Signing the commercial proposal: You sign the purchase proposal so your Car Specialist can start the vehicle transfer process.
- 5. Securing the payment: Your financial transaction is secured through our escrow account. The funds are transferred to the seller only when the car is collected and delivered to you.
- 6. Administrative management: CarJager takes care of the car registration for you.
- 7. Delivery of your car: Delivery is free up to 500 km. We offer several options, including open or closed trucks, trailers, or personal delivery. Whether by road, sea, or air, we provide transportation solutions tailored to your needs in France and internationally.
