Our example, a carburetted 2.7, has a special history. In 1996, the car was involved in a collision with another vehicle. The expert at the time advised against repairs, deeming them too extensive. However, as the damage was mainly limited to the bodywork, the owner at the time decided to have the car rebuilt and restored to its original condition, which was achieved in just a few months.
