This Porsche 550 Spyder was built in 1990 by Atelier Chamonix. Founded in 1985, this workshop specializes in building Porsche replicas. Renowned for the quality of their workmanship, German magazine BILD voted this car the best 550 Spyder replica in the world.
Our 550 Spyder (R) features a fiberglass body mounted on a tubular chassis, and weighs just 550kg. Equipped with a 4-cylinder 1,600 cm3 twin-carburetor block (Solex 32:34), the entire mechanical system has been restored. Equipped with disc brakes at the front and drums at the rear, the car is particularly smooth to drive, and the attention paid to the running gear is interesting.
The interior is in superb condition and the black leathers have recently been treated. Fully restored in 2019, the car has been meticulously maintained ever since and will not require any additional costs.
This car is in French papers, has its original numbers and identification plate and a CT will be passed for the sale. Last but not least, this car comes with a CarJager mechanical breakdown warranty.
