General: This Jaguar Type-E is in good overall condition.
Exterior: The bodywork of this Type-E is remarkably well preserved. It has been professionally repainted in its original Primrose Yellow shade. It is in good overall condition, despite a noticeable chip near the radiator grille. The chromes, although showing a few traces of corrosion on the front bumper and rims, could easily be restored to their original lustre with a re-chroming. The rest of the chrome and headlamps are in excellent condition.
Interior: The interior of this Jaguar presents itself well, in an elegant black-on-black configuration. The leather seats, marked by time, have retained their original patina. Despite cracks on the seats, the dashboard and door interiors are well preserved. The beige canvas upholstery and headliner are in very good condition. The instruments are fully functional.
Mechanical: The engine has recently undergone a major overhaul, enabling it to start at the drop of a hat and perform well on the road. In addition, the recent installation of a stainless steel line gives the car a remarkable sound.
Underbody : The car's underpinnings are sound and free from perforating corrosion. Photos are available on request.

Replacement of the starter motor with a modern model (more powerful, less current consumption, etc.).
Replacement of dynamo by a modern alternator
Replacement of SU carburetor with three Weber 48s with Lynx intake manifold
Installation of a large-section exhaust manifold and stainless-steel line
Installation of electric ignition, new ignition wiring harness and engine
Installation of a large-volume aluminum radiator and a new water pump
Reconditioning of brake master cylinder, hoses and 4-piston front brake calipers
Installation of new front and rear brake pads
