This Ferrari Dino 246 GTS (#04672) was delivered new by the Ferrari dealership in Bologna (Motor SPA) in September 1972 to its first owner. Purchased by Ferrari Udine in 1980, the car remained in their dealership until 2010. It still has its original Italian plates ‘UD36666’.
Purchased in 2011 by the third owner, this Dino GTS underwent a high-level restoration between 2013 and 2014 in Italy: stripped bodywork, new paintwork, new running gear, completely redone mechanicals, new upholstery and dashboard, new consumables etc...
The car has recently been serviced and will be free of charge for its future owner:
- oil change,
- engine tuning,
- up to date consumables,
Matching numbers and colours, the car is in a rare Rosso Dino colour with a black interior. It has a Ferrari Classiche certificate issued in 2015 at the factory. This Dino GTS is in superb overall condition, true to its original state with no anachronisms.
Used regularly, the car has taken part in a few local rallies and has been entered in the 2019 Concours d'Élégance Suisse in Coppet. The car runs very well and its colour configuration is rare on today's market.
A technical inspection will be carried out prior to the sale and it is important to note that this Ferrari is sold with a 12-month Car Jager mechanical breakdown warranty. The car has a recent appraisal report.
