History :
This Ferrari Dino 246 GT was delivered in 1973 to Charles Pozzi in Levallois.
The current owner purchased it in 2008. It was in good working order but showed the slight beginnings of corrosion, which decided him to launch a body restoration in 2019. A professional sheet metal worker carefully reworked the few areas that needed repair, and the paint was redone in its original shade.
The engine and gearbox were rebuilt at Auvergne Moteurs in 2022. The owner has an extensive restoration file, an expert report following the work, and a report by Mathias Bartz detailing the car's numbers to justify that they are “Matching”.
Condition:
General: This car is in excellent overall condition.
Exterior: The bodywork is in superb, recently restored condition. The sheet metal worker who took over some parts replaced the rocker panels and parts of the door sills. The front mask has also been reworked to gain access to the radiator and cooling pipes. The headlights, Cromodora rims and other fittings are also in excellent condition.
Interior: The interior is very attractive. The leather upholstery and carpets are in excellent condition. The instruments are functional.
Mechanical: The V6 engine has been running perfectly since its restoration. The running gear and gearbox have also been overhauled. Overall, the car runs very well.
Underbody: The car's underpinnings are sound. Photos are available on request. The side members were untouched during restoration, and were sound. The specialists who worked on the car found no traces of accident.
