This is my 1972 Alfa Romeo 1600 spider -
for sale against the clock.

French registration

Previously locally owned for many years and sympathetically restored.

Regularly serviced and maintained

She had a new paint job in 2021.

Ideal summer car - recent 750km round trip to Biarritz with no problems.

Nice restoration, maintained by the owner-garage owner
It drives very well and follows modern traffic easily.
Gearbox in very good condition, with no synchronisation problems. Tyres in good condition.

Bodywork and underbody in excellent condition; professionally repainted in 2021.

The interior is original, with a few minor marks on the seats and trim, but the original rubber floor and boot mats are in good condition. The bonnet surrounds and fastenings have a nice patina.

Mechanical state

The engine was rebuilt several years ago. It starts without a hitch and drives very well, pulling hard and keeping up with modern traffic. The gearbox synchros don't squeak. It feels like a classic Alfa Romeo. The suspension was revised during the restoration and the car handles very well.
