Exterior: The Karmann bodywork is in very good condition. The paintwork has been completely redone in its original "Alpinweiss" shade. The soft top in the same color has been replaced and is flawless. Every exterior detail, from chrome to joints, is in excellent condition.
Interior: The interior is in perfect harmony with the rest of the car. The white seats are in perfect condition, and all upholstery and trim have been redone. The dashboard and black carpets provide contrast, while the wood trim adds to the cox's cachet. A discreet CD radio has been installed. All on-board equipment is functional.
Powertrain: The engine block was replaced 6,800 km ago. This twin-carburetor Flat 4 runs just as you'd expect. Gear shifting is fluid. Roadholding is good.
