History: This Porsche 911 SC 3.2 left the factory in 1986 and was acquired by its current owner in 2012. It is accompanied by an extensive file of invoices, attesting to its meticulous care. A survey was carried out in 2012, providing a full assessment of the vehicle's condition. Since acquisition, the current owner has regularly serviced it at the VAM garage.
Condition :
General: This example is in very good presentable condition.
Exterior: This 911 SC is finished in an elegant champagne colour, which has been carefully restored, giving it a beautiful shine with a tight paint finish. The bodywork was restored in 2010, including the replacement of the front wing, rocker panels, feet and front wing cheeks. There is, however, a slight dent in the right-hand rear bumper. The 15-inch Fuchs wheels, electric mirrors and headlights are also well preserved. There are a few light scratches on the rims, however, which do not affect the overall appearance of the vehicle.
Interior: The interior is in a very good state of preservation, particularly remarkable for a vehicle of this era. The electric seats are in good condition, with well-taut black leather and no tears, providing comfort and good lateral support. All the on-board instrumentation is functional, apart from the air conditioning which has been removed. The car is fitted with a working electric sunroof, which provides extra light into the cabin, and a period Philips audio system, which completes the authentic ambience of this model.
Powertrain: Under the bonnet, this Porsche 911 SC 3.2 is equipped with a 231 bhp flat-six engine, which works perfectly, offering dynamic performance. This engine is mated to the Porsche 915's 5-speed manual gearbox, which ensures smooth and precise gear changes. Note that the brakes, calipers and pads have recently been changed.
Underpinnings: The underpinnings of the car are sound and free from corrosion. Photos are available on request.
