History: This Delta has been Belgian since 1993 and is in the hands of a meticulous owner who has carried out a full service on the vehicle over the last few years.
Condition :
General: The car is in a beautiful state of preservation.
Exterior: As far as the bodywork is concerned, the anthracite colour is very well preserved and highlights the straight, incisive lines of the model. The wheels are in fair condition but could do with a new coat of paint to bring them back to their original glory. The radiator grille, headlights, lights and window seals are in no better condition than when they left the factory.
Interior: The interior has stood the test of time without suffering too much and retains the spirit and sporting character of the vehicle. A few touches to the driver's seat (original Recaro grey/blue) and the centre console could make it even cleaner. The original car radio has been changed to add a modern touch. All the on-board equipment is functional.
Powertrain: The engine runs well and has been overhauled; it revs well and delivers all its power. A great deal of maintenance has been carried out so that today we can present this Delta to you tuned like clockwork.

Here's a car with a singular destiny: when the Lancia Delta made its debut in 1979, no one could have imagined that, just a few years later, the first premium compact in history (yes, that's right...) - initially just an elegant but generally inoffensive bourgeois car - would turn into a genuine racing beast, winning no less than six World Rally Championship titles! The road version's aggressive looks were not enough: between its front wheels, it carried yet another evolution of the legendary Lampredi twin-shaft engine, which, together with a turbocharger and a four-valve-per-cylinder cylinder head - the cutting edge of technology at the time - transmitted its 200 hp to the road via a particularly efficient four-wheel drive system. Highly sought-after, the car is no static collector's item; three decades later, it's still as exhilarating to drive as ever!
