This car was delivered new in the United States in 1958. It was imported to France from Mississippi in 2017 via a specialized company. It was then that the current owner purchased the car. The bodywork was restored between 2021 and 2022.

Exterior: The body has been restored and looks very good. The chrome, wheels and bumpers are in beautiful, sparkling condition. The soft top is in near-new condition.

The very last "Big" Healey rolled off the production line in 1967 and, fifty-six years later, the myth surrounding the machine remains as strong as ever - perhaps because the decaying British car industry proved incapable of providing a successor. The recipe is simple and well known to all, but it's as delightful as ever: a reasonably powerful engine, with proven technology and robust capabilities - qualities that were also evident when we examined the car's chassis - all presented under archetypal roadster bodywork, respecting the fundamentals of the concept to the letter, a suggestively long hood preceding a cabin sufficient for two and a half passengers (it's not quite a minivan), itself flanked by a trunk whose curvature elegantly concluded the whole. The aptly named 100-6 was the first to be equipped with the six-cylinder engine, and retains a typically fifties aesthetic purity!
