History
This A110 1600S (#17455) was delivered by the factory on 3 June 1971 to Guy Maton, a well-known motor sport driver in the 60s and 70s. It is a genuine "customer competition" car prepared by the factory in Group 3 before its delivery to Dieppe by the factory.
Guy Maton took part in numerous competitions with the car during the period, including the Rallye National du Touquet, the Rallye National Flandre-Hainaut and events in Corsica.
The second owner bought the car in 1991 (registration 6849 HU 59), the third owner, a Parisian, bought the car in 1996 and the current owner bought the car in 2022.

The car has always been well maintained and followed up. First fully restored in 2021, the current owner has asked Equipe Europe to update the car so that it can compete in all the major VHC events today.
We have over €25,000 worth of recent invoices for work carried out at Equipe Europe to bring the car up to scratch and 100% up to date. The owner took part in the Monte Carlo Historique 2024 and the Tour de Corse 2024 with the car.
It has all its original racing documents and the racing consumables are up to date. The car is well known and will be welcomed by all historic race organisers.
